Behaviors
DISC is one component of the Indigo Assessment that describes your behavior using four basic styles: Dominance, Influencing, Steadiness, and Compliance. DISC scores help describe your communication style, ideal work and learning environment, and natural responses to everyday circumstances.
Motivators
The Indigo Assessment also outlines six Motivators as described in the work of Spranger and Allport in their study of human value, motivation, and drive. Motivators describe where people find value, joy, and meaning in the world. They are the keys to fulfillment and describe the internal desires that drive our behaviors.
Skills
The Skills Indicator measures 23 non-academic competencies relevant to school and workplace success based on your development of these skills thus far in your journey. This list includes key personal and interpersonal skills. The top 5 skills point to areas of talent that you may or may not already know.
